Matflow is priced by throughput, not by locking features. Every plan includes every module; paid plans differ in compute, quotas, priority, and support.
Prices are in US dollars. Billing is monthly or annual, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and refunds are available where required by law.

One compute credit is one second of medium-weight compute. Where card verification is enabled, free accounts may be asked to complete a $0 Stripe card check after the grace period to keep creating new work. The live Matflow pricing page and checkout are the authoritative source for plan limits and prices. Self-serve Enterprise runs on shared managed capacity.

Founding Labs

The first ten labs join at $79/month, locked for life. A limited programme, not a standard self-serve plan.
Academic & Student
Free
Common institutional domains (.edu, .ac.*, .gov, .mil) are approved automatically, with extended compute, data, and concurrency limits. Others are reviewed.
Credit packs
One-time
Top up the current month when a project needs more compute. Credit packs do not renew.
Single-tenant & on-prem

Billing terms
What you agree to at checkout.
Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. Annual billing is charged once, up front, at 8× the monthly price — pay for 8 months, get 12.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused compute credits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at purchase, and cancelling does not pro-rate the period already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Single-tenant and on-premise deployments are not part of self-serve checkout; they start with a conversation.
