Refunds & cancellations
Clear billing, no surprises.
This policy explains how Matflow subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It applies to paid Matflow plans and credit packs purchased through Matflow.

Cancel anytime
Open Matflow → Settings → Billing and cancel from the Stripe billing portal. No call or email is required.
Keep access to period end
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the access you have already paid for until the period ends.
Refunds where the law requires
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Wrong charges are reviewed by a human.
Subscriptions & renewal
Paid plans renew until you cancel.
Paid Matflow plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically every month or year at the interval you chose until you cancel. Annual billing is charged once, up front, at 8× the monthly price — pay for 8 months, get 12. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They add compute to the current month and do not renew. They are priced separately from subscriptions.
How to cancel
Four steps, no retention call.
- 1Sign in to Matflow and open Settings → Billing.
- 2The Stripe billing portal shows your current plan and billing details.
- 3Choose cancel and confirm. The plan will not renew.
- 4If you cannot access the portal, email us from the account email address and we will help.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate the period already paid for.
Refunds
When refunds are available.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Unused compute credits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- Cancelling does not pro-rate the period already paid for.
- If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will review it.
- Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law.
Free and academic plans
No charge, no cancellation needed.
Free and Academic/Student plans are not charged, so there is no subscription to cancel. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & account. Deleting your account does not create a refund because no payment was taken.
