These terms govern your use of celaron.com. They cover this website only. Matflow, CAPRI, and Celaron Chat are separate applications with their own terms; when you use them, their terms apply.

Using this site
A limited licence, with limits.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the site for lawful purposes in line with these terms. That licence does not give you ownership of the site or its content.
You may
- Read any public page without an account.
- Share links to pages and quote short passages with attribution.
- Print pages for personal, academic, or internal research use.
- Contact us with questions, corrections, or research enquiries.
You may not
- Scraping or mirroring the site at a scale that burdens our servers.
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to use.
- Introducing malicious code, disrupting the site, or interfering with other visitors.
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with Celaron or its founder.
- Reproducing substantial portions of the site, or using our brand marks, for commercial purposes without written permission.
Our content
Ours is ours. Yours stays yours.
You may quote short passages with attribution and link to any public page. You may not copy or reuse substantial portions of the site, its design, or its brand marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
The Celaron name and logo, and the names Matflow, CAPRI, and Celaron Chat, are marks of Marketory Ltd. Other company and product names mentioned here belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any mark without permission.
Accuracy and advice
General information, not professional advice.
Nothing on celaron.com is medical, clinical, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not use this site to diagnose or treat a patient, make a regulatory decision, or approve a design without independent verification.
CAPRI is a research-use tool. It is not a medical device, and it must not be used for clinical decision-making. Matflow outputs are decision support: every value carries an evidence class and, where relevant, uncertainty and extrapolation flags. They are not measurements unless labelled MEASURED, and they are not ground truth.
We may update, correct, or remove content at any time. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will check it.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Payments and subscriptions
Billing terms, before you check out.
Matflow paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the interval you choose — monthly or annual — until cancelled. Annual billing is charged once, up front, at 8× the monthly price (pay for 8 months, get 12). Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Matflow’s own Terms of Use govern the platform; this section and the linked billing pages are a summary for convenience.
Messages and privacy
If you write to us, we receive what you send.
Emails to bassil@celaron.com or support@celaron.com start a conversation. We receive the message you send and use it to reply. Do not send confidential or sensitive information you are not authorised to share.
We may use feedback you send to improve the site and our products, without obligation or compensation. We do not claim ownership of your message, but you give us permission to read, store, and respond to it. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Availability
We keep the site up, but we cannot promise perfection.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including pages, products, and links. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as-is.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, celaron.com is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or its content is accurate, complete, secure, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketory Ltd and its founder, contributors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
The law of England and Wales.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence where mandatory law gives them that right. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes
If these terms change, you will see it here.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be noted here rather than quietly rewritten. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
